The aim is to create a self sufficient community. Therefore right from the dwelling unit level to Master plan level the planning promotes health, safety and general welfare of the residents. The effort is to make a township to become example of physical design and construction that reflect ,history ,culture and also fulfills the aspiration of new generation who are going to be the future residents of this township.
